WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Park along Main st. There is a small lot near Nelson’s, however you do still need to pay the meter for parking there (until after 6PM), Sundays parking on Main st. is FREE! We do also have the first 4 spaces in the back of our building. Feel free to park there during your session or class.
WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
All of our classes are appropriate for most levels. We recommend if you are a beginner or have injuries that you are concerned about that you have an initial Session with one of our trainers to be screened prior to classes.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer Military Members, Veterans, Healthcare workers and Teachers 10% off our Monthly Membership. We also run specials around the year so follow our Social Media pages to see!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes! We can send a digital copy to the recipient or you may pickup a physical copy at our location in Gloucester.
